Refund and returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please rest assured we do offer a return and refund if the Print or Painting arrives damaged, or you if have ordered the incorrect size.

If it for an incorrect size you will not be given a refund but a replacement in the desired size.

If you ordered the incorrect print we will haply exchange it for an alternative print of the same size, an additional cost may be applied for a larger print of the same picture or an alternative print. You would be expected to pay for the return postage and the postage for the replacement.

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

For framed pictures it may be requested for a photographic evidence of the condition on arrival.

We will also provide an exchange if the print or picture is received damaged or defaced and we are informed about the same within 24 hours from delivery.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Lovewatercolour, 4 Lawn Cottages, Castle Lane, Lincoln, LN1 3BH, UK.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, also it may depend on available stock.

If you are shipping an item back, and it is framed, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
Print/Picture. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved.

Refunds normally that up to 3 working day.

We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within the agreed amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies
